Only people you share them with. If you run ComfyUI workflows within InstaSD, the generated images are never saved. If generate images through Demo Pages, the generated images are saved in your gallery and can be deleted.

If you publish a Demo Page for your workflow, anyone with the link can access the page (but not the workflow). You can disable that when you no longer want it shared.

APIs are deployed on a specific GPU tier and billed per second of use. Total amount billed will depend on the number of requests and complexity of the workflows (more complex workflows will take longer to run).

The user who is generating the image will be billed for the GPU time.
